Welcome to Cepehu. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our water delivery services for home and office locations. By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

Cepehu provides premium water delivery services to residential and commercial customers. Our services include:

• Delivery of bottled water to homes and offices
• Scheduled and on-demand delivery options
• Water cooler rental and maintenance services
• Bottle exchange and recycling programs

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website, phone, or mobile application are subject to acceptance by Cepehu. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please verify all order details upon receipt of confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in local currency and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due at the time of order or upon delivery, depending on your selected payment method
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods
• Subscription services are billed automatically according to your selected billing cycle
• Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation

4. Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver your water within the specified delivery window. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Requirements:

• A valid delivery address must be provided
• Someone must be available to receive the delivery or provide access instructions
• Additional charges may apply for deliveries to upper floors or difficult-to-access locations
• We are not responsible for orders left unattended at customer request

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds will be issued for damaged or defective products upon notification within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition for refund eligibility.

6. Bottle Deposits and Returns

Customers are responsible for the care and return of water bottles and dispensers. A deposit may be required for bottles and equipment, which will be refunded upon return in good condition.

Lost or damaged bottles and equipment will be charged at replacement cost.

7. Subscription Services

Subscription customers receive regular deliveries according to their selected schedule. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the customer.

To modify or cancel your subscription, please contact us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cepehu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

10. Changes to Terms

Cepehu reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cepehu operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
