For first-time customers, we'll need your delivery address and preferred delivery time. Regular customers can set up automatic recurring deliveries weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We accept payment by cash, credit card, or e-transfer.

We offer multiple bottle sizes to suit different needs:
  • 19L (5 gallon): Standard size for home and office coolers
  • 11L (3 gallon): Compact option for smaller spaces
  • 500ml bottles: Available in packs of 24 for convenience
All bottles are BPA-free and meet Canadian food safety standards. The 19L bottles work with most standard water coolers. We provide bottle exchange service - you keep the same number of bottles and we swap empty ones for full ones during each delivery.

Yes, we provide both rental and purchase options for water coolers. Rental: Starting at $8/month for basic models, $15/month for hot/cold dispensers. Rental includes maintenance and repairs. Purchase: Coolers available from $120 for countertop models to $350 for floor-standing hot/cold units. All coolers are energy-efficient and certified for Canadian electrical standards. Free delivery and setup included with cooler orders. We also offer a trial period - rent for 3 months and if you decide to purchase, we'll credit 50% of rental fees toward the purchase price.

Delivery Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Saturday deliveries available 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM in select areas. We provide 2-hour delivery windows and send notification 30 minutes before arrival. Minimum Order: 2 bottles (19L) for residential delivery, 4 bottles for office delivery. No minimum for recurring subscription customers. Rush delivery available for additional $10 fee (subject to driver availability). You can leave specific delivery instructions - we can leave bottles at your door, in the lobby, or wait for someone to receive them personally.

Cepehu started in 2015 with a focus on delivering clean drinking water across Toronto. We identified a need for reliable water delivery to homes and offices.

Our team consists of 12 specialists with backgrounds in logistics and customer service. We operate 6 delivery vehicles covering downtown Toronto and surrounding areas.

We source water from certified suppliers meeting Canadian drinking water standards. Each bottle undergoes quality checks before delivery.
