About Cepehu
Our Story
Cepehu started in 2015 with a focus on delivering clean drinking water across Toronto. We identified a need for reliable water delivery to homes and offices.
Our team consists of 12 specialists with backgrounds in logistics and customer service. We operate 6 delivery vehicles covering downtown Toronto and surrounding areas.
We source water from certified suppliers meeting Canadian drinking water standards. Each bottle undergoes quality checks before delivery.
Mission & Vision
Our mission is to provide consistent access to clean water for Toronto residents and businesses. We focus on timely delivery and maintaining product quality.
We aim to expand coverage to Scarborough and North York by 2025. Our vision includes implementing eco-friendly bottle return programs and reducing delivery times.
Quality
Every bottle meets Health Canada standards. We work with licensed suppliers and conduct regular testing.
Reliability
Scheduled deliveries arrive within 2-hour windows. Same-day service available for urgent orders in central Toronto.
Sustainability
Reusable bottles reduce plastic waste. We collect and sanitize bottles following provincial health regulations.
Service
Customer support available Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00. Average response time under 30 minutes during business hours.
